This is a generic profile for conditions related to the (newborn or unborn) child.

Each bc-DisorderOfChild must have:
* a fixed category, specifying that this is a child-related condition
* a code, specifying the condition
* a subject
** the child Patient in case the child is born or a fetal patient record is in place
** the mother Patient in case the child is unborn and no fetal patient record is in place
* bodySite.extension should be used to refer to the fetus BodySite resource in case the subject is the mother Patient
* performer should be provided if known (this may not always be the case for historical data). performer is the responsible care professional.
