De rol van Autorisator is ingevuld met een 'Autorisatieraad', de leden van de Autorisatieraad zitten daarin namens hun organisatie.

Regels en afspraken voor (leden van) de Autorisatieraad
- Een lid van de Autorisatieraad zit namens zijn/haar organisatie in de Autorisatieraad en moet in staat zijn zijn/haar organisatie voldoende te vertegenwoordigen.
- Een lid van de Autorisatieraad moet in staat zijn procesmatig (en dus niet per se inhoudelijk) het proces van beheer (met name de processtappen analyse en bepalen voorstel) te beoordelen, eventueel na ruggenspraak met experts.
- Een lid van de Autorisatieraad kan experts (zorginhoudelijke, methodologische/architecturale of terminologische) voordragen voor de pool van experts.
- De Autorisatieraad keurt de samenstelling van de pools van experts goed.
