1 Introduction

1.1 Background

This is the FHIR implementation guide (IG) for the information standard BgZ-MSZ.

This IG must be used together with the functional specification [[1]]

In addition to this document, the guidelines as specified in general FHIR Implementation Guide apply. The guide defines methods on how to proceed with implementing FHIR STU3 and what rules apply (e.g. how to handle empty reponses etc.). In particular, the reader should take note of the Use case overarching principles and the use of FHIR packages.

This IG first describes the boundaries and relationships that exist, after which the implementation per transaction is described.
