BITS MP-2145	Ontwerp	Voorstelgegevens zijn uitgebreider uitgewerkt in de paragrafen 5.2.5 Voorstelgegevens, 5.2.5.1 Voorstel medicatieafspraak, 5.2.5.2 Voorstel verstrekkingsverzoek en 5.2.5.3 Verstrekken voor akkoord van voorschrijver. De rest van het Functioneel Ontwerp is ook bijgewerkt waar nodig. BITS MP-2142	Dataset, ontwerp	Tekstvoorstel is toegevoegd aan de leeswijzer in het Functioneel Ontwerp. In de vorige publicatie van het FO en de dataset hebben enkele functionaliteiten ten onrechte de versie-aanduiding ‘release candidate 1’ gekregen. Het gaat om de voorstelgegevens (zie paragraaf 2.3.2) en de functionaliteiten in het deelproces Toedienen (zie paragraaf 5.4). In deze publicatie van het FO en de dataset worden deze functionaliteiten daarom als bètaversie gepubliceerd, aangezien deze nog beproefd moeten worden.
BITS MP-2122	Ontwerp	In het FO is verduidelijkt dat het vastleggen van de redenWijzigenStaken alleen verplicht wanneer deze reden relevant is voor de keten. Dit is conform de ketenafspraak VO14a.
BITS MP-2105	Ontwerp	Het plaatje in het Engelse FO bij 1.3.3 'Medicamenteuze behandeling / Pharmaceutical treatment' (MBH) is aangepast.
BITS MP-2102	Ontwerp	In hoofdstuk 5.2.2.5 van het nieuwe FO is een aanpassing doorgevoerd zodat duidelijk is dat onderbroken medicatie als actueel wordt beschouwd vanwege de intentie deze in de toekomst te hervatten. De zin omtrent relevantie voor medicatiebewaking is daarbij geschrapt.
BITS MP-2101	Ontwerp	In hoofdstuk 5.2.2.4.1 van het nieuwe FO is de juiste werkwijze van corrigeren in een MA verwerkt. Corrigeren is een vorm van wijzigen en wordt als zodanig ook beschreven.
BITS MP-2093	Ontwerp	In het FO waren twee verschillende werkwijzen beschreven voor het inkorten van de gebruiksperiode van een stop-MA (paragraaf 2.2.5.3 en 2.2.5.5). De werkwijze uit paragraaf 2.2.5.3 blijft leidend. De tekst in paragraaf 2.2.5.5 over het inkorten van de gebruiksperiode als wijziging (stop-MA + nieuwe MA) is verwijderd.
BITS MP-2063	Ontwerp	In H.2.4.4 van het nieuwe FO is de tekst gecorrigeerd omtrent parallelle bouwstenen. De regels voor parallelle bouwstenen binnen één MBH zijn gecorrigeerd, inclusief expliciete uitzonderingen voor MGB’s.
BITS MP-2062	Ontwerp	In het functioneel ontwerp zijn de afleidingsregels voor het opstellen van de toedienlijst aangepast met betrekking tot het gebruik van AanvullendeInformatie bij de MA. Wanneer een MA de waarde ‘per direct’ of geen AanvullendeInformatie bevat, wordt deze direct meegenomen op de toedienlijst. Bij de waarden ‘per volgende rolwissel’ of ‘per volgende reguliere voorschrift verwerking’ wordt de MA pas meegenomen zodra een bijbehorende TA is aangemaakt.
BITS MP-2021	Ontwerp, test material	De TA van een vervangend middel komt in de bestaande MBH. De TA van een aanvullend middel komt in een nieuwe MBH. Op basis van het leggen van relaties van de voorgestelde MA naar de reeds bestaande MA en TA, kan worden afgeleid dat dit een wijziging betreft en juiste stop en wijziging uitgevoerd worden. Een en ander is verwerkt in het testmateriaal.
BITS MP-1997	Ontwerp	"Er is verduidelijking in het FO gemaakt omtrent niet-dagelijkse GDS medicatie. De begindatum van een MVE wordt nu eenduidig vastgesteld op basis van MedicatieverstrekkingsDatumTijd. De einddatum wordt afgeleid van de Verbruiksduur in dagen, waarbij is afgesproken dat deze altijd samenvalt met de laatste dag van de medicatierol (bijvoorbeeld 7 dagen bij een wekelijkse rol en 14 dagen bij een tweewekelijkse rol). Door deze aanpassingen is 8.9.4.4 komen te vervallen en is de laatste bullit van de voormalige 8.9.4.5. aangepast.
BITS MP-1994	Ontwerp, test material	In het nieuwe Functioneel Ontwerp (rc2), testmateriaal en nieuwe praktijkvoorbeelden 84 t/m 86 is verwerkt dat het sturen van een AVMA/AVVV door de voorschrijver naar de voorsteller altijd verplicht is bij het afhandelen van de AVMA/AVVV onafhankelijk het besluit op het voorstel.
BITS MP-1963	Ontwerp	Foutieve zinnen in § 1.3.4 en § 4.1.26 m.b.t. parallelle MA’s verwijderd.
BITS MP-1926	Ontwerp	In het FO paragraaf 1.3.1 is de definitie voor de VMA aangepast naar: Het voorstel medicatieafspraak is een voorstel van een zorgverlener of de patiënt aan de voorschrijver met betrekking tot het voorschrijven van medicatie. Het voorstel kan inhouden de medicatie te stoppen, starten, wijzigen of continueren. In het FO paragraaf 1.3.1 is de definitie voor de VVV aangepast naar: Het voorstel verstrekkingsverzoek is een voorstel van de verstrekker of patiënt aan de voorschrijver om een medicatieverstrekking te fiatteren ten behoeve van een geldende medicatieafspraak.
BITS MP-1915	Ontwerp	In de volgende paragrafen is het woord ‘actual’ in het Engelse FO is tussen aanhalingstekens gezet, in § 1.3.3 is uitgelegd wat hiermee bedoeld wordt. De nieuwe tekst is als volgt: Within an MBH, several building blocks of the same type may be simultaneously ‘actual’*. *In this FO, the term ‘actual’ (in single quotation marks) means* all building blocks that are currently valid or will become valid in the future.
BITS MP-1895	Ontwerp	De tabel met voorbeeld van klinisch relevante medicatie voor extramurale zorgverleners is verplaatst naar een aparte pagina buiten het Functioneel ontwerp. Deze is te benaderen via de pagina met aanvullende documentatie.
BITS MP-1852	Ontwerp	Paragraaf 2.3.6.1 is uitgebreid met de tekst: Toedieningsafspraak bij GDS-medicatie. Als medicatie in GDS geleverd gaat worden of als er wijzigingen plaatsvinden bij GDS-medicatie, is de startDatumTijd van de TA gelijk aan de ingangsdatum van de volgende medicatierol. Praktijkvoorbeelden 4.2.11 en 4.2.13 zijn vervangen door nieuwe versies.
BITS MP-1790	Ontwerp	Praktijkvoorbeeld in huidige FO paragraaf 4.2.13 en praktijkvoorbeeld 49 in FOH is aangepast.
BITS MP-1780	Ontwerp	Gecorrigeerd in praktijkvoorbeeld 4.3.13: “(professionele) toediener” vervangen door “toediener”. “op basis van een mondelinge/telefonische MA” vervangen door “op basis van mondeling of telefonisch overleg met een voorschrijver”. Aan eind toegevoegd: “Indien nodig kunnen achteraf ook een MA en TA binnen deze MBH worden vastgelegd.”
BITS MP-1667	Ontwerp	Aan eind § 2.5.2 Samenhang bouwstenen onderling zijn enkele algemene regels over verwijzen toegevoegd.
BITS MP-1397	Ontwerp	Praktijkvoorbeeld 4.2.16 aangepast om de situatie duidelijker te schetsen
BITS MP-1244	Dataset, ontwerp	In het verstrekkingsverzoek is de Engelse vertaling van verbruiksperiode aangepast. Daarmee is PeriodOfUse is vervangen met ValidityPeriod. De Engelse omschrijving van het element is ook aangepast om deze aanpassing correct weer te geven in de omschrijving. in paragraaf 2.2.7 en 4.1.34 van het Engelse FO period of use vervangen met validityPeriod.
BITS MP-1203	Ontwerp	De afkortingen van de systeemrollen voor de antwoordvoorstelgegevens zijn aangepast met de nieuwe afkortingen in het FO.
BITS MP-1192	Dataset, ontwerp	In de AanvullendeInformatie waardelijst van de medicatieafspraak zijn de volgende tekstuele wijzigingen doorgevoert: 'Wijziging in GDS per direct' is nu ‘direct op toedienlijst of in GDS’. 'Wijziging in GDS per volgende rolwissel' is nu 'Per volgende GDS-rolwissel op toedienlijst.
BITS MP-1188	Ontwerp	Aanpassing doorgevoerd in 2.2.8. De eerdere formulering verwees expliciet naar wettelijke bepalingen en stelde dat de nierfunctie altijd met het voorschrift meegestuurd moest worden. Deze passages zijn verwijderd of aangepast.

BITS MP-1953	Dataset, scenario's	De Nederlandse en Engelse beschrijving van het Stoptype is aangepast voor de bouwstenen MA, TA, WDS en MGB naar: MA en TA: Het stoptype wordt uitsluitend ingevuld in stop- of annuleerbouwstenen en geeft aan of de stop tijdelijk of definitief is, of dat een toekomstige bouwsteen wordt geannuleerd. BITS MP-1887	Scenario's	In Art-Decor zijn de condities aangepast voor de RelatieMedicatieafspraak binnen de Medicatieafspraak (MA) en de RelatieWisselendDoseerschema binnen het WisselendDoseerschema (WDS). Deze aanpassing is doorgevoerd voor alle bijbehorende transacties in het medicatieproces. Voor de RelatieMedicatieafspraak geldt nu dat, wanneer er een voorgaande medicatieafspraak aanwezig is die door de huidige medicatieafspraak wordt gestopt of gewijzigd, de relatie verplicht is (1..1). Wanneer er een voorgaande medicatieafspraak aanwezig is die door de huidige niet wordt gestopt of gewijzigd, is de relatie optioneel (0..1). In alle andere gevallen is de relatie niet toegestaan. Voor de RelatieWisselendDoseerschema geldt eenzelfde werkwijze. Als er een voorgaand wisselend doseerschema aanwezig is dat door de huidige wordt gestopt of gewijzigd, is de relatie verplicht (1..1). Als het voorgaande schema niet door de huidige wordt gestopt of gewijzigd, is de relatie optioneel (0..1). In alle overige gevallen is de relatie niet toegestaan.

Medicatieafspraak (MA)

BITS MP-1935	Dataset, Profiles, Templates, test material	In de medicatieafspraak is onder het element ‘volgendeBehandelaar’ de ‘zorgaanbieder’ bouwsteen toegevoegd. Verder is er een conditie toegevoegd aan de ‘zorgverlener’ en ‘zorgaanbieder’ om te duiden dat ‘zorgaanbieder’ alleen mag worden gebruikt wanneer de zorgverlener niet bekend is. Het HL7v3-template 9446 heeft geen aanpassing nodig: als er alleen een zorgaanbieder bekend is als volgende behandelaar kan je de zorgverlenergegevens leeglaten. Het nieuwe dataset concept (volgendebehandelaar/zorgaanbieder) heeft wel een templatekoppeling gekregen om deze te koppelen aan het element scopingEntity in het template 9446. Er is nieuw een nieuw testscenario voor scenarioset 3 waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van VolgendeBehandelaar met Zorgaanbieder. In het FO is bij uitleg over het veld VolgendeBehandelaar de volgende zin toegevoegd: Als de zorgverlener niet bekend is, mag als alternatief de betreffende zorgaanbieder worden ingevuld. FHIR ext-MedicationAgreement.NextPractitioner uitgebreid met zorgaanbieder (Organization).
BITS MP-1932	Dataset	Gebruiksinstructie omschrijving (MA, WDS, TA, MGB) aangepast naar: Deze tekstuele omschrijving mag niet meer en ook niet minder bevatten dan de gestructureerde informatie in de Gebruiksinstructie. *Er mag ook gekozen worden voor een gebruiksvriendelijke/leesbare variant t.o.v. gestructureerde informatie mits dit alle informatie dekt uit de gehele Gebruiksinstructie.

BITS MP-1844	Dataset	De omschrijvingen van de bouwstenen zijn, waar nodig, aangepast en verduidelijkt.

BITS MP-1744	Test material	The identifiers for MBHs and medication building blocks have been extended by adding a _system role code_ string to the end of the existing identifiers. For example: for prescribing (send/receive), the suffix -vos has been added. And for querying/making medication data available, the suffix -mgb has been added. This ensures that the identifiers we send or make available to testing vendors via our test tooling and are unique.
